Tidy and outstanding room, really comfortable stay!

Easy check-in, incredible employees.

the room was a nice size and beautiful, featured climate control and an electronic key card. the location was favourable - so close to cutty sark and a water taxi and an elevated platform.

The staff we met were chatty.

The location was good and perfect, for example, a British clipper ship was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff team was excellent and amiable at any time. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was beautiful.

The Cocoon 2 room was nicely designed with a cozy wooden frame and dimmable LED lights that enhanced the overall ambiance. The staff displayed amazing friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay. Although well-isolated for peace, the bathroom had a design flaw where the toilet was too close to the sink was nice. Despite being a bit far from the city center, bus connections was great.

Solo traveler looking for a convenient stay

The room was clean and tidy-really no dust at all, rare! I also appreciated the easy check-in process, just got a code and was good to go!

It wasn't cheap by any means, but it was still acceptable.

My Cocoon 2 room seemed like a snuggly hug! The adjustable lighting was perfect for creating my own vibe, and I had the best night's sleep in complete darkness-so refreshing! Plus, the cleanliness was on point that much more inviting.

Great family stay!

We had a blast! Checked in late but the night super nice team, got us sorted in no time. Sam at reception was a star the next morning, helping us plan an awesome tour. Rooms were cozy and perfect for us 8. Only issue was the package left behind, it went missing. Food was decent too!

Lovely hotel, super clean and beautiful rooms. Staff were amazin and super friendly. I loved the chill vibe of the place, perfect for a solo traveler like me. The location is really close to the tube and bus stops to get around easy. Good wifi and plenty of charging spots in the room!

But the rooms are a bit small and no windows. I wish there was a kettle or coffee maker to enjoy some hot drinks.

My stay here was fantastic, as the staff were amazing and the service was amazing, making it the perfect base for exploring all the nearby attractions like Greenwich Market just about 1 km away and the majestic Royal Observatory Greenwich almost 2 km away, both of which I could easily walk to while enjoying the beautiful city views.

Dining around Zedwell Greenwich is a real treat! The Golden Chippy is just a hop away for fish and chips that'll have you dreaming, while Banh Mi Leo serves up fresh, zingy Vietnamese sandwiches that hit the spot. The Cocoon 2 room is a cozy little gem with adjustable lighting and super clean facilities, perfect for a chilled night's sleep after a day of munching. Plus, the hotel smell is divine!

A cheeky critique, the lack of a window in the Cocoon 2. Those spammy messages before check-in were unnerving. A phone for emergencies would be useful, too. That said, the shower was hot and powerful, a plus!

Perfect solo trip spot

Had a really nice stay! The room was super clean, like, disinfected clean. Staff were great, especially a dude who helped me get a ride to the station. I felt safe walking around, and it's close to restaurants. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster.
